TONER TRANSFER METHOD: There are different methods to fabricate a PCB. The Toner transfer method for instance (which is explained here) is an easy, convenient and reliable method. Both single and double-sided PCBs can be fabricated using this method. As the name suggests, ‘Toner’ meaning Ink is transferred from photo-paper on which it is adsorbed to the copper clad by applying sufficient heat and pressure. Using Eagle CAD software, the schematic is designed and the printout of board layout is taken on a photo paper using a laser printer.(photo of printout on photoprinter)
